A carrot walnut cake hot off the oven. I’ve always fallen flat on my face with sweets churning out crumpled polis or tasteless mysorepak. Guess it was the exotic that was in store for me.
But for the past six months, I have managed to bake cakes without many goof-ups.
This is dedicated to my colleague Sushmita and blogger-in-arms in this 30-day challenge, (www.xsushmitax.wordpress.com). She has patiently taken my calls at odd hours of the day… Answering everything from what oven I should buy to where I should place the cake tin.
